Return & Refund Policy – MerciAura
Thank you for shopping with MerciAura. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to the personal nature of skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- In case the product delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used skincare & haircare products
- Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
- Gift cards or free samples
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
